Our deluxe fiber mat is encapsulated in food grade silicone for durability. No greasing required- replaces parchment paper and sticky nonstick sprays. Sized to fit most Baker's Half Sheets, cooking surface 16 by 11 inches. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not expose directly to open flame and do not use under the broiler. Temperature safe up to 450˚F. Best stored flat or rolled. Do not cut on mat.
