After many years of research, Watts Premier launched our in-line pH balancing, far-infrared, re-mineralization filter. The Watts Premier pH Balancing Ceramic Filter functions as a re-mineralization post-filter for your reverse osmosis system, adding minerals back in to your RO treated water, as well as providing pH balance of the water as needed. This filter is engineered with six distinct layers of filtration: sediment filter for removing silt, sediment, or particulates; pH block mineral filter for a balanced slow release of minerals like calcium and magnesium; pH balancing alkalization for providing a balanced pH and additional mineral elution; coral media for proper pH balancing and improved taste; activated ceramic phase for far-infrared ray release and activation; final sediment filter.
Specifically designed for the 3/8" tubing to the faucet, this 11-inch pH balancing ceramic filter includes two 1/4" QC (Quick Change) union fittings for straightforward installation. It is also compatible with all reverse osmosis systems, making it easy to integrate into your existing water filtration setup. Measuring 13" x 7" x 11.5" with 11.5" of media, this durable filter is crafted from high-quality materials for maximum filtration. Filter life may vary based upon local water conditions or use patterns, but we recommend replacing the pH balancing filter every 6 months.

The more contact time that the water has with the media the more effective the filter will be at producing alkaline water.
